A Love for the Art of Calligraphy

Inklessonly began with an appreciation for the quiet beauty of handwritten lettering and the personal expression found in every written stroke. Calligraphy brings together patience, rhythm and thoughtful practice, creating an opportunity to enjoy the process of writing in a more considered way.

The idea behind Inklessonly was to make calligraphy lessons available through convenient, appointment-based home visits. We believe that learning can be a more personal experience when instruction takes place in a familiar setting, with time to practise, ask questions and explore different lettering styles at an individual pace.

Our Approach

Our lessons are centred on guided practice, clear instruction and an appreciation of traditional lettering. Depending on the selected session, customers may explore basic strokes, letter formation, spacing, composition and the gradual development of their handwriting.

Each appointment follows the scope of the selected lesson, allowing customers to understand what is included before confirming a booking. We aim to make the learning process welcoming and straightforward, whether someone is exploring calligraphy for the first time or wishing to spend more time refining their existing practice.

Learning at Your Own Pace

We recognise that every learner has different interests, expectations and levels of experience. Our appointment-based approach allows customers to enquire about available sessions and select a lesson that suits their preferences and schedule.

From the first enquiry to the confirmed appointment, we place importance on clear communication, transparent booking information and a considerate learning experience.

Our Commitment

Inklessonly is built around a simple idea: making time for the art of handwriting and enjoying the process of learning, one stroke at a time.

We welcome enquiries from customers interested in our calligraphy lessons and invite them to explore the available sessions before making a booking.
